Germany lost WWII (World War 2) due to, "the incident". The secret video taken was hidden for years, until it was found later, and now it is understood: 1. Why Hitler killed himself. 2. How Germany lost WWII. And now, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the incident.

He did not want to suffer the humiliation of public execution as Mussolini in Italy had underwent; however, there are many conspiracy theories and stories about this incident that are still unclear even to this day.
