Ice splitter fixed in maintenance?

The title says it all. Idk if the maintenance is done yet. Will it be fixed/Is it fixed?

It seems to me that my outlaw's ice splitter only works on certain channels. I was at newties yesterday morning and I was training in ch6 (broa). It didn't work for the full 4 hours. Later that day i was going to show my friend that it wasn't working, and it was working. We were on ch16 however. I tried going back to ch6, and it stopped working there again. I must say I find this to be a very odd glitch the more I look into it.

The maintenance seemed to help for me. Before, my Ice Splitter would only work on about 20-30% of monsters, and the rest were immune, no matter how many times I used it. Now, it's working on about 90% of them. However, it's still really annoying when if fails, especially if it fails on the the last monster in a large mob, so I have to kill the entire group with that monster constantly sniping me. My pot usage is over double what it used to be, and my average ship life is way down.

i noticed the freezing issue, so i stuck with holy weak maps, acb stun doesn't seem to be affected (not a sure thing anyway 90% stun =/= 100% freeze)

for some reason leafre has a high % of freezing all monsters, i know when i was at skeles and jr. newts it froze like 90% of the time, but still in ToT its just bad

[/quote] That's a little hard to believe, but hey if people are too lazy to type "ch" when trying to say "ch 4" instead of typing "cc 4" then it's possible.
