glitched item? just picked in malaysia after killing a charmer. clean Gold Dragon 5 slot left one-of-kind, untradeable +6 str 94 w. atk can someone please explain?

It's a Internet Cafe item which was never coded by nexon, nexon doesnt have half a brain to remove it from normal monsters
