Do the necklaces only drop from monsters around your level? because iv been at scorpions for 15 minutes and none have dropped. im lvl 48 btw

lol well i snipe at newts and they drop alottt i just can't pick them up cause last time i tried i died...

They drop from any monster I believe. I was walking through those desert rabbits in Ariant and I got two Lol. I finished the quest but I'm not really sure what to do now..
