So I heard that the subway to NLC is glitched, so people can't go to NLC now besides using the NLC return town scroll in Amoria. Then what about after I got to NLC. Does the subway from NLC to Kerning City work though?

I am wondering the exact same thing. I want to try it because i have NLC scrolls, but don't want to get stuck there. (who knows how long it will take NEXON to fix this)

Why wouldn't you use an old character as a mule to find out? NLC scroll and try it out.

Yes, you can get away from NLC, i did it today on my CB. Used family tele to NLC and then subway to get back.
