| The Neo City quests are a complete waste of time. After completing all of the quests which I think is over 20, maybe less, you get this really bad hat. It has really bad stats and I personally think it looks bad. So if you want the hat feel free to do it. The plus side of doing the quests is they give you a lot of exp. Another plus is some of the maps you encounter could be good leech spots and training spots.
