Help with Kerning Square + Neo City

How do you get to Neo City? Also is there a level req. to go to Neo City or Kerning Square?

Neo city is 70-90 or 100 I think kerning square is 35-50... None of your characters can go there... so don't worry yet

mall is Kerning Subway and website says: "Andy is a madman who has recently been spotted in the wilds near Magatia. They say he tells a horrible story of machine feet trampling over the human race in the future and claims to be looking for brave adventurers to fight for the future of Maple World." So I assume Neo is around Magatia

The quest to get to neyo is lv70, u get it from han the broker

So many people are saying Neo City is glitched...They haven't looked up the quest with Han the Broker either... >_> Neo City is accessed through Tera Forest which is a few maps right of Leafre (Look in the world map). You cannot access any time period unless you have completed the prequests (starting with Han the Broker in Magatia)
