Well since we now have proof Thorns stack with SE. Courtesy of this Vid and it's poster: http://www.basilmarket.com/show/video/14783/2/144_Dual_blade_tearing_skeles_apart.html#26063982 You can clearly see the DB's buffing the party with Thorns and he has SE. Proof that SE stacks with Thorns. So what will happen when DB's hit GMS: (Neo's 2 cents and predictions) When DB's hit GMS they will lower Apple costs why? Because the 2 PQ's MOST people boss is Zak and Scar/Targa. HT can qualify as one of the most boss runned but it all depends on server to server basis. PB comes dead last. Because now the top 2 most wanted party skills would be Thorns + SE. If you only take one without the other, the party would suffer on Apple cost meaning low profit for individuals at the end of the run. Thorns + SE = 1 apple run instead of 2 apple runs which some parties do. Heck screw that, this will even lower apple costs. Who needs apples when you have SE + Thorns? xD. So overall you save Heck a lot of money. No apple costs for party = Higher Profit per Individual at the end of the run. Deflation on apples anyone? DB's welcome Appleless parties =D. Bye bye apples for Zak and Scar runs? =P Also from a educated guess since DB's are adventurers and fall under the sub-class of thief's they can probably CWKPQ as well. Since they're adventurers and not Legends. (which might be a smart move made by nexon for DB's to CWKPQ?) Even though Apples will be used at HT and PB. I doubt anyone needs apples at Scar or Zak thanks to Thorns + SE =3. Edit: This might even lower Claw att scroll prices. Only reason NL's were good because of Alchemist skill. No apple runs = no use of the 15min apples. Meaning Less use of NL's? Even though yes I know Thorns + SE = Love at first sight for NL's -__-. Edit 2: Lower Apple costs = affordable Apples for faster training for all classes =D. Now you see DB's helpful potential! Edit 3: Thorns = 250% crit boost rate for Party, Its like SE but stronger and stacks with SE. (still need 100% confirmation on its % boost)

Apple = Faster run time. Just because we would get a new crit boost, why in the world would we stop using our main attacking pot.

It would be pointless for apples. If Thorns replace apples for zak and scar you end up with more profit at the end per person. Yes Apples will still be used for HT and PB.

No I don't think they will drop in price.

[/quote] Not necessarily, If a party with SE + Apple does 15 min zak run. Now Thorns + SE = same 15min zak run. But no apples. Lets say you use 6 apples in 1 zak run at the rate of 5m per apple. That's 30m saved that you can spread amongst the party. Zak and scar apples would be useless. Even though you can lower the run time by 5 mins if you do Thorns + SE + apple = 10 min or less zak run? But its not worth the profit each person would gain towards the end. For CWKPQ yes apples would be used if DB's can't CWKPQ. But if they can then apples would again be pointless, its all up to the organizer of the party.

i think you forgot one thing..... damage h0ars. people will always apple. its just much more "fun" seeing 100k over 99k or 50k over 49k.

I know it would be faster, but without apples at Zak or Scar the run time would be the same if currently its SE + Apple = Thorns + SE. And the party gets a higher pay at the end.

[/quote] I guess I understand where you're coming from. Though I'm not really sure how many people still go to Zak for "Profit" I'd rather go for exp myself.

[/quote] Lol Everyone bosses mainly for profit, especially the higher Leveler's. EXP is just a given bonus. Who dosen't love Mesos in MS lolzzz.
