I just had some questions about the skill Dragons Breath, I heard that to train in ToT you needed at least 21 pierce and Dragons Breath, is that true? I'm looking to get out of newts maps because I'm growing to hate them and at level 135 I should be able to move to ToT soon I hope? What level Dragons Breath? Does anyone have a vid of someone training there I'd like to see how it's done. Finally how do you get Dragons Breath, I know it's in the el nath pq but I don't know anyone who can do it. Does anyone know someone in broa that is planing on going? thanks for any help or advice.

Leve 1 Dragon Breath for a very long time. Extremely useful for self-defense and mob control. Sorry I don't know anybody who can help you obtain the skill.

You need a Warrior to enter the El Nath PQ, they must NOT have their skill Stance. Dragon Breath is an awesome move to compliment with Pierce. You can tightly pack your mobs and also push existing monsters across the map until you gather enough monsters you want to use Pierce on. In my opinion you can leave Dragon Breath at level 1, but for making better mobs level 11 would be good since it can push up to five monsters and getting that sixth monster will be easier than with level 1.

LOL I trained at ToT for the last five levels (I'm 141 now) at Oblivion (hell, even the Ice Zone just to get to Oblivion) without as much as a sniff of Dragon Breath. I maxed Snipe and SE first and had ONE point in Pierce. To get around in Oblivion I Blizzard, Strafe 4 times, Blizzard again and repeat until mob is dead. Turn around and Snipe an oncoming Guardian. Move up a ladder, Blizzard or Frostprey, Snipe might ready to fire again at this point (remember I had it maxed first) and kill the first Guardian or Monk with it. Strafe the other ones and blizzard again. Same strategy at peak. Blizzard, spam Strafe or Iron Arrow/AE for a change of pace, Snipe a stray monster if he spawns or creeps up behind me. So I FINALLY got one point in DB at level 141, 3 points now in Pierce, and meh, it's kinda cool, but it may be more useful once its at 11/21 and Pierce is higher too. I was in a Skele party for two hours and I may have used the skill once every ten minutes or so (sometimes just to do it, like "Oh wait, I have this new skill, I may as well u use it just for the heck of it"). Moral of the story? It's NOT absolutely mandatory for ToT, heck it might be detrimental if it knocks back a Guardian too far, I don't notice him, and all of a sudden I see their long-range sword slashing attack or even worse, that 'sand-blast' fist into the ground that REALLY inflicts some damage. I prefer to keep my enemies close (but not too close that I can't stop from bow swingin) :p @Bowman post about usefulness of the skill~ Oh yeah, I don't know about BM's, DB might be more useful for them since they don't have Blizzard or Frostprey to nuetralize the enemies~

@above or you could have more pierce, db a mob of 6 together quick, blizzard it and watch the 5th and 6th monsters die one hit, then pierce the 4th and 3rd one to death with a second hit, two strafes to finish what's left. you could always take the left over monsters and make a new mob of 6 killing 4 at once now. basically once you start training with pierce one point in db becomes very useful for wasting less time gathering mobs. before that it can be nice just for kbing things but once you start using it as an offensive skill not a defensive one it's great.

The obligatory Lvl. 175 kMS MM @ OGs . Like Static described. Careful about DCing, though. How's it work for MMs again? Use Blizzard too quickly after DB? EDIT: Just watched the video again myself. I'm so making a Marksman.

In ten more levels it'll be 'wow' |

ugh, no one's answering her question. NO, you do not need 21 DB and 21 Pierce to train at ToT. Of course, if you DO, it will be much more efficient, but really, the only way to find out for yourself is to head on over to ToT. I don't know what road you're on, the toughest one is Regrets because of the lack of freezable mobs, and you need a lot of HP for the Oblivion road. Other than that, kill for an hour or so (using the skills you already have) and see how much EXP you gained (and also how many Pieces of Time you receive). People can argue about strategy all they want, the fact is the only way you can know is to try it yourself, it's YOUR story. I hate Typhon training, but 90% of peeps here swear by it. People hate grinding at Sharks; I found it enjoyable and challenging. So like, you know, do what works for you :p

Ok thanks for all the info, I was asking more to know how to use my skill points. Like I think someone said earlier pierce is good at 11/21, and Dragon's Breath can be useful with just one point. I have SE maxed so far and just one point in the ice bird, and one point in snipe, I was working on crossbow mastery but if Pierce will be more useful I was thinking of trying to get it to a better level before changing my training location. Not to mention I need to work on getting at least one point in Dragons' Breath. I know these things aren't a must to train in ToT but I do want to build up my skills so that I will have them at a level where they might be useful in the location where I will be spending the most time training. I also want to change to ToT to save up some pieces of time ...
