When to get my Scarlion Helm (Str)/Zhelm?

| I'm wondering when I should get one of the two above. Currently I have about 90 mill (Going to sell Steely for 8mill) and currently, average Zhelms and Scarlions are at 70-80 mill right now. Should I get mine right now? Or should I wait till I have a little more cash? |
