What is the best stirge whip to forge?

Ok so i have a stirge whip(not selling) and i was wondering which ine should i forge it to? the +13 jump one ore the +13 speed one? Thank you very much!

Don't do it >=((( I losted 2 stirge grapplers and a stirge on a rope on that The only thing good I got from upgrading is the stirge power pants. The good ones are the grappler(13 Jump)/swooper(80 MATT)/frantic(Lvl 60 12 speed)/Angry(lvl 70 15 speed
