What's the difference between Neo City and Neo Tokyo

Srsly enlighten me, I do not know what all the fuss is about between Neo City/Tokyo. I mean they look pretty much the same on youtube, except tokyo gets stars.

You'd see a Skele the Size of Zakum, with muscles on its bones. oh yhea, um, Neo Tokyo has alot of powerful monsters, some being Zakum Ranked Powerful, and most of the Regular monsters are powerful enough to give most maplers a hard time, even the overlords (the drones) oh and most of the bosses are 3 staged of course, you fight a huge Domed Mech, and some kind of Angel/Demon thingy that gives a cool accesory with 20 Slots

K, but they have some of the same bosses like the angel boss.

Not just for the challenge but for the fact that it makes more sense towards the storyline that was already ruined to bits. I mean, HOW does it make sense for a level 7x to be able to solo a robot that's over ten times his/her size that can fire effing ROCKETS AND LASERS? >_>;
