Neo Tokyo? WHY?

Why the hell do most of you people want neo tokyo when 95% of you wont be able to use the content. LIKE COME ON. Its mainly the lower levels that are complaining for something they cant use. Neo Tokyo = Only for high level tankers

Last patch: Mardi gras Last patch: PYPQ Patch before: I forgot. In 5 patches, high levels have gotten nothing. Believe it or not, 50% of maplers will be able to go to Neo TOKYO while only 25% will be able to go to neo CITY. New stars, new bullets, new weapons.
