Thoughts on why Khaini is down to a low?

So this started a couple of days ago I'm thinking, when i logged back onto Maple after the PIC patch and I see Khaini's Ch 1 bar at 2 bars. So I'm like. Alright it's probably just the patch, So I've been logging on more and more to see that Khaini's population has hit a low, yesterday during 2x, Ch 1 only had 5 bars, While the rest had 1 - 2 bars. Your thoughts on what happened to Khaini?

Haven't seen a good 3/4ths of my buddies since the patch. And the guild I was in seems to have gone inactive as well.
