Where to train at lvl 83 hermit?

hey Guys i dont know where to train at ima lvl 83 hermit any suggestions where to train? thats fast and not a pot burner?

I trained at Windraiders until I got to level 90. At 90 I had max Avenger, so I went to Nightshadows. Or you could just snipe Newts in your late 8X's.
