Timeless and Reverse weapons and armors

These days I've been hearing about these timeless and reverse weapons and stuff... what are these ? can they be scrolled or do they have to gain item exp? are they worth it as end game weapons... a timeless or reverse polearm instead of a crimson arcglaive for arans ... etc. how much are they worth and is it worth making them?

If you have the time and patience or money to make them,go for it. They have the highest clean attack you can have and they also level up. So if you want, go for it, they rock.

But for you you should go for an ewand at levels 70,103 and 130 because they're better than any reverse weapon for you.

It completely depents on your class and conditions you train/boss in that determine whether a timeless in a good engame weapon or not. Some that I am certain of: Heroes/Paladins: Stone Tooth, Red Katana or Reverse Executioner Hero/Paladin with SI: Reverse Nibleheim or Reverse Executioner Dark Knight: Sky Ski, and/or Reverse Alchupiz NL/Shadower: Their Reverse. Bishop: Reverse Arch Mage: Ele Wand. Other: probably Reverse, but I'm uncertain. Anyway, most classes welcome their reverse weapons as endgame choices, but other classes have special weapos that can surpass reverse weapons. Also, Timeless weapons are unobtainable at this time.

As a general summary, Timeless and Reverse items are made through the Maker Level 3 ability and are level 120 only. Timeless items require a drop from Pink Bean, who currently is undefeated. Reverse Items require a certain number of Time Pieces, which drop from everything in Temple of Time, albeit quite rarely. Both can be scrolled normally, but get an additional ability from the EXP. When a weapon "levels" it has a chance of raising any stat on the item or even adding a point to one of your 4th Job skills. These are the most common "end game" items due to maker adding outside stats to an item, stimulators keeping the items from being below average in anyway, and Reverse/Timeless gear having highest "base" stats in the game.

Thanks for the info on the weapons... is the armor the same? there is a reverse prelude shied is it a good replacement instead of a maple mage shield for mages?...it seems too godly to be true but timeless weapons are almost impossible to make cause of the pink bean drop
