What time does Faust spawns

I heard Faust spawn at certain can anyone verify this, and if its true can anyone tell me which time it spawns at (PST)

no, he spawns all day, what you're thinking about is for the quest and finding reef which you can only do after 5 p.m. I think (PST). I don't remember when he disappears but essentially you have to do it at night.

most of the mini bosses spawn every 45 mins except snowman

Nvm, 5pm - 7am, BUT that's for entering the portal in Forest of Evil I to see reef. As for Faust, I don't know if the times also apply to him/her/it as well.

Faust spawns every 45 mins from when it was first killed.
