P/c on MapleStory Scroll for Helm for DEX 100% Scroll for Helm Anyways, How many slots does the valefor hat have? Is it possible to make it LUK +12, DEX +12, ACC +8, HP +20, DEF 60, M.DEF 60, 0 slots left

"100% helm dex scrolls do exist, but I haven't gotten one to drop yet and I haven't seen any offered for sale. It's an easy +10 dex on your zhelm... but gain probably won't be worth the price. I have never seen a 60% helm dex scroll, but the I know someone who has one and I believe the current price range is 60m-80m meso. Steep price, but guaranteed that you won't break your zhelm."
