That depressing feeling

Hey guys, ever get that really crappy feeling when everybody tells you that you're useless/ done everything wrong? It's like my math exam. I studied every day for a week, 3 hours a day. Then I get the test back and I got a 60. Now I'm positive it's because my teacher doesn't like me, and he's changed the mark because of it. Also a time when I was moving some boxes around at work, and this guy just pops up and makes dumb comments about the arrangements. I think he was a senior manager or something, but he had that sour look on his face. He also made hints about firing me, when I did nothing wrong. Now you could always say "Oh, just ignore them" or "Lrn2defendurself", but after getting this kind of attitude almost everywhere you go, it really gets on your nerves. So that's a little bit of my life. Not sunshines or rainbows anywhere to be seen. Fun.

honestly, i thought you were thinking about that jealousy feeling, its quite annoying :D but OT: i listen to music to change my opinion on things. Example : if i'm angry i'll listen to music to calm my nerves, try doing that i guess?

Well first you should get a positive attitude before anything. Try meditating or do something relaxing. And then you should think about happy memories or good things that happened to your life. A negative thought can get your brain motivated to do more bad things such as suicide or murdering other people. Personally I hate emos (emotionals whatever you'd like to call them) because they try to suicide and get emotional from almost anything. A human only has one life. Might as well make the best of it instead of dying early. I can tell your life is pretty rough, but a life has its ups-and-downs. Eventually something good will happen to you. Hang on there buddy~ :D
