STOP saying Nexon fails because something goes wrong

Everyone who is making a thread complaining about how Nexon fails because of the new patch being delayed is just stupid. For once could you consider that maybe something is going wrong in your perfect little world? And when that happens you just have to complain. What if they delayed it because they found some breach that could of allowed information to leak out and have mass numbers of players (like what happened not to long ago [I'm not saying there was leaked information before I'm just stating how earlier a lot of people were hacked] with everyone getting hacked)? Then you could of been hacked (worse case) and lost your items and maybe your account. Has everyone forgotten that this game is FREE to everyone and that Nexon can do whatever they want because it's their game? If they wanted they could make you pay for the game, or even stop it completely (This would cause mass money loss though). The point of this is to just say stop complaining about Nexon not making you happy and just get over it . If your just going to complain that Nexon fails then just save everyone the trouble and just quit. Then maybe they shouldn't be putting on an Release Date. Also, on top of that. Glitches, bugs and many other things are for them to fix right off the bat. Basically, they receive the coding or whatever from KMS or MSEA. It's their responsibility to check first if theres gonna be bugs, glitches, wz corruptions. THEN they are suppose to implement them into the game. Basically, what Nexon is doing right now is doing things the last minute. Making impatient players mad and angry at Nexon. Personally, I don't mind Nexon and their delayed patches. Sure you do it once. Seriously? How many times have they delayed? I agree your annoyed about people who complain about Nexon. Yes they fix glitches and stuff. Did they ever make a patch with no glitches at all? The MTS glitch and others. Well I'm not done writing but gotta go to sleep Bye! Nexon doesn't fail. Complaining does create awareness; keeps everything in order as well as possible. But in the sense of a game, there's nothing wrong with complaining. Just have to do it in the right place.

They couldn't do that because they're trying to make money therefore making them a business. Learn a few things about business before you go around talking about it. They want do make money, but you needa satisfy the customers, and having lots of glitches, and delaying patches isn't on the right track. I agree with UzumakiTed. They shouldn't have put up a release date. If they do, then they better get it by that date.

Just sometimes [/quote] I like how you think, I know you're not trying to flame Nexon but your stating the point from both sides. However I don't believe they need to fix all glitches right away. Yes I know people make mistakes (And yes I know Nexon does make a nice amount of them regularly) but it's still their choice. They might be lazy like some people say, but they might just be stumped at what's going on. I personally was upset when I found out It took Nexon awhile to fix the battleship quest, the fire hydrants glitch, and the map glitch (This one really didn't affect me though but it did affect others) but I'm not going to flame them until they take some action. One thing I can't stand is when someone says GMs are lazy. I do laugh when I see the comics ans spoofs of them but when it comes down to the people who only complain about them, I would love to make them change positions with a GM. Be in a room where your boss orders you to do something, and have MANY people doing things which they shouldn't making you have to fix what they're doing (Botting ect) isn't all that easy. Anyway thanks for bringing in a good point

It is indeed a free game, with the objective of hooking it's players into it to later on buy NX. The #1 objective of the company is to make money, no matter what resource they must use, in this case hosting the game as free. Although, good service = more customers = more money. In Nexon's situation, we're missing the good service. Starting with the customer support, it is HORRIBLE, ending with the constant glitches and lags. There are tons of people out there who actually pay money say for NX outfits, 2x exp, whatever. And they're getting continuous glitches, like corsairs without battleship cannon, which spent probably a lot of NX on 2x exp etc... and after 3 months they FINALLY anounce it will get fixed in Friday's patch, which is then moved to Saturday, which is then moved to "further notice". People will complain for bad service, especially those who pay money. These threads wont stop people from complaining, cause it is true that Nexon does have poor service. You're better of helping by not posting these threads rather than telling people not to complain, it's just creating endless flame wars against Nexon/ in Nexon's favor and among the forum users.

I wholeheartedly agree with you TS, that and people that complain about NX buyers having an advantage. If you don't like the game, don't play it. If you don't wanna pay for a free game then don't, but don't complain when people decide to pay for it to make the game more fun for them...

.... You see all these Nexon supporters here, and you see the Anti-Nexon supporters on the other thread.. But what you don't see, is that they're the same people.. trolling.. Nexon will have bad bits and good bits, this delay is really nothing. But it doesn't mean that their flawless customer service and sympathy goes un-noticed. Nexon had showen us Mercy and Kindness, but frankly the negative feedback dominates... Yes, I agree with you. That people are just too critical sometimes, but never the less.. we're humans.. we're selfish.. we're ignorant.. and theres nothing we can do. Not me, not you, no-one. I always say, there's two sides of a story, When I see an argument, Most of the time, I see righteousness in both of them, and you're right, and they're right aswel.
