So today during 1st&2nd period i have this "Cholo" in my class and he was cool wit my i guess till today. Usually I would mind my own business and he would mind his own with the girls or w/e. Today he took 23 dollars out of my wallet i know it might not be alot for you guys but to me it is because im a freshmen :/ but no worries I got my money back so this is how it went Guy: Ey don't trip i didn't take your money Me: just give it back -_- Guy: you think I take your money cause im mexican? and then he starts to cuss Me: c'mon man I clearly saw you take my wallet out of my backpack and took the money. -.- -teachers come and calls the narcs and all that stuff- then I thought my money back because he got scared and such, oh imagine if he is bigger than you by like 4inches and stronger cause to be honest im weak cause im underweight What do you think/would do @ my situation?

I think your situation is a pretty common one for a high school student. If everything was absolutely the other person's fault, I wouldn't mind 'fighting' him. I usually don't condone that stuff, but [especially] if someone is younger than I am and doesn't follow seniority, it is really annoying. I know that as a Freshman, I bent over backwards for the older kids, now it's time for the new frosh to bend over backwards for me. :O

Leave your wallet in your locker and keep your cell etc. in your pocket for starters.. Other than that, just ignore him unless he starts more trouble. Don't start a fight over nothing, esp. in freshman year. You don't need the trouble.

[/quote] Yea I do before but the wallet sags my pants and I personally dont really like it @ others he punched a teacher in front my of own face I dont think i wanna mess wit that <-- at 7th grade he got transferred to my elementary school then got expelled
