http://spadow.wordpress.com/2010/02/20/two-videos-of-dual-blade/ dude, look at their speed and attack damage at lvl 24. I remember on my TB I hitted 1k at lvl 21 and I was so proud... this just made me feel like a noob.

frack, i hope platinum scissors come out b4 this, cause i cant transfer my branch nose >:O if this job is pwnage, im quitting my 76 aran to make it IT LOOK SO KOOL. but b4 that, i shud just lvl it some lvls and if theres a good thing that happens to arans (power up and stuff) or if sumthing changes about the dualers, i can quit it without platnuming scissors again

Um... powerful? Looking at the damage, they hit a lot of quick numbers, but the overall numbers aren't really all that much higher than other classes. Take a look at the video of the lv 4x training in Ariant - the character does have an attack that hits a lot of times, but in the end, all of those hits only equal up to be about 1,200 damage... something Warriors could do in one swing. Long story short, you're overreacting.

Wow. If I'm ever going to make a close up character, I'm making that one. What drawbacks are there though? The hp is pretty nice, their skills are flashy, and they can avoid monsters pretty well. I think it might be speed actually(unless they get haste). It takes awhile to get one skill done so they are easy to ks.

This looks like the weapon drama is solved? from what i gather in the video he is wearing the normal theif daggers and an extra dagger( presumably a 'blade') in the shield hand (far hand) in the first vid its the lvl 17 tripple pointed dagger plus another 'blade' in the second vid its the lvl 64 tripple pointed maple dagger plus another 'blade'
