Using 3rd party programs such as Hotspot shield is technically not allowed. You are not supposed to play MapleSEA from America, although there are complex ways of doing it. My advice would be to stick to GMS.

eh. I tried before switching to GMS. This was in early 07, but they asked for an asiasoft passport that i bsed. I ended up getting banned cuz of it a few months later, so it was all GMS from there.
