Do you think that a lvl 200 (or very-high level) class with MAX dex and/or godly acc/dex equips could kill flying book/mirror ghost? That would be epic

i believe the answer is no, cuz u need like 1839 acc to 1% hit (which is a very bad rate) and i believe the max acc is 999 or 1999? so the only way is ME or PG

A pure-dex bowman at level 200 with godly equips, and maybe although i'm fairly certain book ghosts are coded to never be hit, regardles of accuracy.

maple shield+10 chaos+crazy luck = 51 avoid zhelm (25avoid) + 10 chaos+ crazy luck = 75 avoid thats 126 already

Meso explosion was able to hit those things in earlier versions of the game because ME ignored accuracy back then. They didn't drop anything worth while, had a ton of HP, and were worth almost no exp.

if you want max avoid i think pure dex brawler is the way to go max accuracy i would think a bowman of any sort. last time i checked, they say Dex adds teh msot accuracy for any class, and bowmen use a lot of dex so? ._.

theres a formula for this considering you are same or higher level then said 999 avoid monster you would need over 3600 accuracy to hit said monster or you can simply bomb the monster if it miss then its unhittable regardless of accuracy edit: if pg meso bomb or body pressure doesnt hit its likely impossible
