Im not Lv 12x right now, but im pretty sure that once im 12x, gallos becomes Really really slow. Im wondering where i will be able to go and train. Any suggestions? Ive heard of ToT, I know how to get there, but is that place any good?

Galloperas would still be the best option for you. Himes, ToT I guess, maybe try skeles although some people complain that it's too slow unless you're really strong.
