Why do people say "Show" in fm?

I was just wondering, I say like "S>10 attack wgs 0 slots, u/h" and I always get people saying "show". I mean, I don't mind putting it up, but what's the point? This happens to almost everything I'm selling. What could they possibly not understand from "S>10 attack wgs 0 slots u/h". And most of them cancel like 2 seconds after I show it anyway.

The biggest thing that bugs me is when you're selling a scroll, and they're like "SHOW". And I just tell them, "What? You know how a scroll looks. Just offer on the thing."

My cousin used to do that to people. He would stand over them, trade them, ask to see the item and would try to press cancel as he or she was about to put the item in the box. Upon the cancel, the person might drop the item in front of him, allowing him to pick it up. He got it to work on one or two people, but the rest didn't fall for it.

[/quote] Yeah, I mean if I already said what I'm selling, at least offer on it instead of canceling like 2 seconds after I show you >_>..Huge waste of time. @Dalsia: Don't you get that message that says "Other player canceled the trade" and you can't do anything (can't drop anything) until you click "ok" ? o_O

They want to see it so they dont get scammed quickly. Like they put up the money, you put in the item and trade real quick, they dont look at the item by habit and its traded.
