There is no such thing as "owning" a map, this is public game, maps are to be shared.

Coolies on the other hand was infested with players with such a noob mindset as "ks or be ksed". Guess what happens to those players? They got owned.

In windia DK,Saders,Bandits and any melee class do it evryday >.> i cant even train without getting ksed out of a map (Hunter)

There are 2 kinds of elite in maplestory IMO, those who are able to and will use their powers to get anything they want, and those who have all the power in the world, but they use it for protecting others. I dont even think there is a such thing as noob thinking.

You can't own a map but it's only fair to let a person who's training there to continue training unless you want to be a "donkey's bottom" and KS them into frustration. Of course, you can just train in a different place within the same map if it's big enough.
