No, they say it says 4% but it's actually 2%. Get a level 200 adventurer and you both use it and compare the damage it adds :P. Or just use it and see how much % it added.

descriptions of maple are a lot of times wrong. CK echo is 2% try it out. My blaze wiz gets 16 magic from 800 base magic.

Yeah it says 4% but ive echoed on my dw and had a adventurer echo after i did and my damage went down :o

It's a typo on the skill, I'm 100% sure it's 2%.

Adventurers can only get this skill by achieving the maximum level of the game (200). Said adventurers have to go to the 8th floor of Orbis Tower and communicate with the Statue. Said Statue shall then provide the adventurers with a quest. After completion of the quest, the adventurers must go back to Orbis Tower and communicate once more with the Statue of the 8th floor. Completing all of this gives the adventurers the powerful skill that is Echo of Hero. Though I have no idea if the Cygnus Knights have to complete the same actions, I highly doubt Nexon made it different for them.
