Can I log a ticket for getting permanent banned?

I was doing that glitch near HPQ where you press left+down+alt and you go like all the way to the bottom of the map and respawn back up... I start chatting with some friend right there and then BAM!, banned. Can I log a ticket to Nexon explaining this? And if they do understand, can they do anything about it? |
