As most of you know, GMS is getting a "nerfed" version of Neo Tokyo, known as Neo City. Deal with what we get. OK? At least we're getting an update. Now NO more whining. Gracias.

I'm sure they'll upgrade to Neo Tokyo sooner or later. Neo City is for lower levels. Neo Tokyo is for higher levels. Be happy we get something that KMST doesn't get.

The stats of the monsters, bosses, map req. are all different; the Neo special Neo Tokyo items aren't even included.
