My hp is lower then normal

So after cruising the thief damage range after thinking my damage was pretty bad I noticed i was on par with most of the hermits my level. I take a second look and I notice every hermit and chief bandit my level range has 150 or more hp then and mp also not that I really care about mp. Now to most people 150hp may not sound like alot but it is the differnce between getting 1 hit killed or taking 2 hits. What would cause my hp to be that much lower then everyone else's.

Maybe they're wearing a different medal than you? Just a suggestion.

Equips? Oh and a lot of Bandits have strength thus giving them a small amount more hp.

Impossible not to be on par for HP on any other of same class other than Brawler or Warrior unless you advanced late, they added into HP, HP washed, or use equips that provide HP. You are fine...

They could have used hp equips when they level up and then they get more hp when leveling

It's probably either hp washing or medal/deputy/glass/ring giving hp.

I�ve heard it somewhere that if you have hp equips you get more hp at leveling can someone confirm this ?
