I know its in Kerning City but any1 know where in kerning City? And about those monsters r they for lv 30~50? (thats wat i heard)

I believe you access Kerning Square through the Kerning Subway. And for Neo City, you go to Tera Forest in Leafre. Who knows if GMS will modify the route. :P Edit: Btw, Kerning Square is that map in which GMS is going to release. Look at the homepage for details. :P
