Neo Tokyo and Kerning Square

What is Neo Tokyo, and what new stuff does it bring? I heard that it has some new cooler warrior equips as well as some new thief stars(if you could please verify if that is true or not). Also, are there any new training maps coming out for Neo Tokyo and Kerning Square? What's new in Kerning Square, what's it all about? Thanks in advance.

All and All its just another patch for lower levels, neo city is basicly 100- content, kerning square has a level 20-50 limit no higher or lower, the pq mirrors don't really affect higher levels, it just doesn't look like a very good patch for anyone 100+ but oh well i hope we get a surprise next patch

Neo Tokyo and Neo City got nothing to do wit each other. i play kms and gms, and it came out in kms 2month ago. It's a whole new world (like Victoria Island, Orbis, etc) which only ppl with cetain lvl limit can travel to. And I dont know why ppl talk about Neo Tokyo so much.. its not even in kms. its only in 1 version of maple story (im not even sure which), which prob means its map specifically made only for that version (like NLC is only in GMS). My point is, we most likely wont get Neo Tokyo.
