Broken Glasses and Altair Earrings worth it?

As many of you guys know, broken glasses can be found by completing Ludi PQ 35 times successfully, and Altair Earrings(or Glittering Altaire Earrings) can be found by completing Ellin PQ multiple times successfully. Broken Glasses +1 STR +1 DEX +1 INT +1 LUK +20 HP +20 MP Level 45 3 Slots Altair Earrings +1 STR +1 DEX +1 INT +1 LUK 25 M.Def Level 50 Glittering Altaire Earrings +2 STR +2 DEX +2 INT +2 LUK 25 M.Def Level 50 In the past few months of maple, I have seen people Karming their Broken Glasses or Altair Earrings and selling them for 100 mil+ What I have noticed is that all the Broken Glasses give is +1 more stat and is that really worth 100mil+? Many people don't even freak out that much if they're armor or weapon has 1 less STR or DEX. Some broken glasses or altair earrings are just too godly. I've seen a 2/2/3/2 Broken Glasses before, and that is pretty remarkable. However, I hate that people and buyers waste 100mil+ just for 1 more extra stat, when they could use it on something much better, like Advanced STR or DEX crystal for their maker skill. I'm sorry if I ruined your way of making money(LudiPQ hoggers or EllinPQ hoggers) but I just needed to get this message out to people.

+1 all stats earrings (HP does NOT count) cost the average of about 60mill. 80Mill + if its +2 stats in two categories. For the earrings, the glittering one.. No clue.

Not many people have patience for Maker Skill. If the earrings/glasses isn't your thing, then whatever. Edit: They have their uses for stat capping and extra slots. That's probably their biggest sell factor.

People pay more because it's harder to get stats on those slots, face accessory, eye, etc. So, they're trying to get as much stats as they can, basically. @above: ellin PQ is a PQ for 45-55 in Ellin Forest, at the top of Helios Tower in Ludibrium.

some people want to maximize their damage potential (aka damage whores) and would do anything for 1 extra att or str. Some people think that broken glasses also look cool (i do too) and some people just have too much cash and spending it on stupid items when they should be giving it to me =D.

Tbh, I don't "need" broken glasses... other than maybe the fact that I want spec goggles (Who doesn't?) but can't bother to waste the money, while I don't want to fund this character anymore with a mask/alternative to glasses. I don't know why you'd BUY them, though, unless you really have a short temper (I know I do) and not enough time to go through LPQ hell. As for the earrings... I don't know why anyone would buy them either; EPQ is actually decent exp from 45-55, assuming you can find the people to party with you and it's far easier, with less stress involved, to obtain the glittering earrings - as opposed to getting the glasses. Edit: Did I mention, I could barely get to 30 int (no other int equips involved) with the glasses on. I'm sure more dedicated gamers will have other int gear on to level with, but I liked the thought of having the... teensy extra MP with the level up... e_e

I think both of them are worth it if you can find a good party. I was able to get my broken glasses on my Aran with only 9 failed pqs. Also, Ellin pq is pretty fun and good exp and it goes by pretty fast with a good party.

Lpq is difficult. The pq itself, and the amount of times you need to get it, are relatively simple, easy, and straightforward. But once you include other people, it's beyond difficult. For some strange reason lpq has a ridiculous amount of noobs that make it difficult

I say don't get earrings. There are plenty of other earrings, and you can just scroll those. However there are only a few eye accessories, making broken glasses more worth your time. Plus, they look cool. Now, I'm off to do my 24 more pqs on this char for glasses...

But you should definitely aim to get glasses. If you don't' have good earring/money, then get earrings.

If your dexless White Raccoon mask> Specs/glasses anyday. I think the earrings are worth it though. I mean 2 + everything is pretty good and there are 5 slots... Unlike the glasses. Yes I do like dmg. If you had the mesos to buy the stuff who wouldn't want damage? I've yet to see someone who enjoys having crappy equips while they are fully funded.

Ellin pq is great exp. 52kexp every pq, and if u got a good party, it could take less then 10min(my best was 5min). and the earrings chance of being above average is high. my reg ones are 1/2/1/2 and my glittering are 2/3/3/2.
