And when I say really retarded, I mean the people that will NEVER be be able to learn anything the least bit beneficial. They couldn't even put groceries in a bag. What are they doing in high school?

Education is considered a right. The mentally handicapped people I work with are still human beings. As long as they are able to function, there is a type of activity they can do. Plus it allows for socialization and physical activity.
