im going to get a billion mesos and I'm not sure if i should use it for potions and mastery books for my ice lit AM lv 120 or start a new, super funded character. i am so broke on my ice lit that i cant even buy pots to train, so this could get me enough to get to a decent lvl.

With 1Bill mesos, you can easily level up to 150+ even with a CB which uses the most mesos. If you really want to start over,then maybe a sin or a cb.

You should either make a well funded Corsair, or if you don't mind making Cygnus Knights, Wind Archers and Thunder Breakers are pretty awesome too.

get to 120, then leech your other char, with that 1bil funding

Finish up to 120, get your blizzard to level 30, then sell leech. Also, while your not seling leech, you should put aside at least 400mil to fund a new character. Make a hero, since you can sell BF leech. Thats what i would do
