But yeah, it's not that tough. Some things were tricky, like solving (and finding all the keys in) the Water Temple, but overall it wasn't awfully challenging.

[/quote] Actually, it is an RPG. Nintendo wanted to make it a little more interesting than the traditional RPG. Link's form of ''leveling up'' is turning into an adult. Instead of getting equips that add stats, his equips allow him to access new areas. Instead of the tradition weapons, he can use items that have dual purposes. Deku sticks, hook/longshot, Megaton hammer. And the magic isn't like the traditional RPG either. It is an RPG, just in a different way.
