How decent is Bucc's DPM?

How does a buccs DPM compare to a hero, drk, and shadower? With max demo? With Barrage+DS?

OH! Another Scania Bucc! I didn't know there were any more out there, besides Vin and I. And I also agree. Our DPS sucks, simple because the amount of time between each hit is so much longer than it is for pretty much any other multi-hitting skill.

on a similar note, im wondering if i should start playing my brawler again. i had started it with my gf (she being a slinger) but after she stopped playing i went back to my shad. im wondering if i'd like a brawler/marauder/buccaneer's playing style. ive been pretty let down by my dmg at bosses even though i get into runs easily. right now im thinking of lvl three different chars on my downtime: a bw pally, a slinger or my brawler. thing is, out of them all, i've already spend the most nx on my brawler. any ideas?

[/quote] Which character do you have the most fun playing with? Which character do you not get bored of, even after hours upon hours of mindless training? THAT is the character I think you should go with. I love both of my Pirates, but my first love will always be my Bucc. =]

[/quote] Honestly, bucc is a lot choppier than a shad. You'll notice the delay, I converted from a shad to a bucc, and I hated the difference. I do like my drk though because of the knock back and stance. As for "DPM" bucc is the best at mini bosses such as bigfoot, pianus, ect ect. The reason is because those mini bosses should last more than 15 minutes, you spamming demo will make the boss go down quick. Also because of the hit frames its difficult to ks. In terms of HT/Zak or anything lasting more than 20 minutes bucc isnt there for DPS.

[/quote] it really seems i have taken a liking to classes that are quite useless, ne? the only reason i get into zrun is because my guild normally goes, whenever i people on my bl look for ppl for a zrun, they never want to take me. BW pallies are pretty useless too, but i find them fun as hell too. Alas, i think bucc's have the coolest equips from all the classes but they too arent very useful. -____-

Who cares if they have bad DPM ? They look so much fun and fast trainers like Shadowers, i doubt any other class besides mages could beat shadowers/bucc training speed
