So I'm trying to get my reverse pescas, and I was wondering... What monster at ToT has the best chance of dropping PoT. Im only on the 2nd room... Thanks in advance (:

I've had good luck at obliv 2, your far from the level req to be honest.

I've heard mixed things. Some say higher level monsters have the highest drop rate, where as others say it is all the same. So depending on what theory you subscribe to, either the strongest monster you can kill or room 1.

The closer you're to PB's map = higher drop rate. No idea if that's true.
