so ive heard this being spoken about but not sure on some things. i think its a lukless wand from what Ive heard tho 1) what lvl is it? 2)is this good for bishops 3) how do you get it? 4) when does it come out?

Neo Tokyo Wand is a lukless wand for bishops yes... you use maker skill don't know when it comes out though

Its not a wand its a place in JMS* and MSEA that offers training spots and unique bosses for those about level 160+, but requires a quest (or nx) to enter it Its not out in GMS yet, but is highly wanted.

LOL You made my day. XD Neo Tokyo is a place, its out only in JMS atm.. or was it KMS? XD ~ Doesn't matter. It has very high monster levels and thats it.. I think. @_@ You can get 1 att medals or we.. no idea atm.

Neo Tokyo is an expansion of the World Tour in Zipangu. MSEA, JMS, and KMS have it I think.

Neo Tokyo is at latest Zipangu expansion. It is currently in JMS, MSEA and TwMS, and KMS has a nerfed version of it. It's just an area that a lot of people really want because it has a few stuff that no other area has like Auf Haven, a new boss. It really isn't that good a place, most people who want it don't know what it is and just want it because they hear other people talking about how good it is.

I think you are talking about the Fire Glaive Wand. It looks like a NX weapon but it's not. The level requirement is 113. And umm, if you were to fight the monsters in Neo Tokyo, it would be a bad idea because most of the monsters there are immune to holy. And I'm not sure when will GMS release Neo Tokyo but I know Neo Tokyo is only available in JapanMS, TaiwanMS, and MapleSEA.

Neo Tokyo is also available in KMS. It takes Zipangu (The lovely mushroom shrine as we know it) and puts a portal in its purification archyway (the red thing that looks like: TT) When you go into said portal you go into Kamuna. Talk to the time maiden and she lets you travel through zipangus history, Past and future. The past is for middle leveled people ish. As you progress through time, the monsters and bosses get MUCH harder. You can listen to some of the lovely BGM here: BGM of Kamuna

Actually its a place we're probably gonna get around when we get Evan. To get Neo Tokyo we have to get Ninja Castle first because there are some quests that involve the Ninja Castle

Ninja castle is the very first time period of the four. Theres Kamuna and Neo-Tokyo. Neo-Tokyo requires you to be 110 to enter, but im not too sure on Ninja Castle
