Question about auctions

Yea, so Im new here. I had many auctions, which are now ended. I have already sold some of the items for the winners, but there are some offers that I dont like. So; if the auction is ended, but the offer is too low for me (so I wouldnt like to sell) - do I HAVE to sell the item, even if I wouldnt like to? I asked about this from one guy using pm, and he told me that I have to sell - thats how the Basil works.

If you don't sell the item,you would be reported for fake auctions.

You are obligated to sell the items at the price the auctions ended at. You are not forced to sell the items at the price the auctions ended. No one can force you to complete the trade. If you do not sell the items, you will receive negative feedback as consequence. Negative feedbacks can affect your ability to sell/buy items in the auctions. It would be best to sell the items to avoid your reputation being ruined. If the items aren't really valuable and you don't lose all that much, then selling it should not be a problem. If the items are valuable and you stand to lose a lot, then don't sell it and suffer the consequences. -I want to warn that some people take the auctions really seriously and you make suffer according to what the other person wants. This is completely your own fault for this happening. There is a reason why there is a reserve price feature. There is a reason why you can set your own minimum bid, to an extent. There is a reason why you can delete your auction at anytime before the auction ends. I hope this is a lesson learned. @ Above No he won't be. There is not base for any kind of such claims. Not wanting to sell an item because the price is too little doesn't warrant false auctions.

Before you put out an item for sale, make sure the lowest price you will go for will be on your liking.
