What is better, windraiders or mp3?

So, I've been wondering, what would give more exp? Windraiders or mp3? I can't kill very fast at windraiders but they give much more exp then mp3. Just so you know, my stats are: Level 57 Attack range 556 ~ 1446 Acc 159 HP:2673 Please and thank you :D P.S. Yes, I can get to WR just fine, leave that factor out.

Im lvl 54 and i train at WR. i think wr is faster. Edit. LVl 54 Aran.

Maybe MP3 is better since they're really clustered up in the upper two platforms. Either are good, but you really do have to work hard to find a spot.

Just train at both spots for five minutes or ten and calculate how much you percent you made. Then just see how much of it is 100% (Percentage) Ex. 20% per 10 Minutes = 50 minutes per 1 Level Even though when you do this it's not exact ,but you can see which map is better suited for you (:
