| im almost psoitive that you dont have to max mastery first but to be sure...do i? does it affect me in long run or do i just have it low til i start maxing it because its only lvl 5 right now and it would be kinda awful if i had to max it first or, boom goes the dynamite and i stink forever......more or less, so please give me an informed answer not a random guess that will make me want to restart file, ty! |

| It doesn't matter if you max it later (like after you raise SB). As long as you eventually get it to 19 or 20, then raise it whenever you want. |

| Not getting Mastery to at least level 19 will definitely leave you behind damage-wise, and as it does raise your damage (and thereby training speed) a lot, I would recommend getting 19 right away or after SB. |
