Ok...Hi So I quit maplestory and I kinda was bored. So I went back on it for a bit , downloaded the new patchs and to my suprise nothing seemed to have changed until I loged in... I type in my PIN and then they ask me to choose a PIC... I created one and played for a bit, then switched chars... And you might have guessed it,the PIC didn't work. Im 100% i am typing it correctly but it just wont let me in my characters... I tryed reseting it but i lost my hotmail password and secret question. ( I know, fail. FML ) Anyways can I find my password by any chance ? I searched the net and download a program called MegaPing ? Is that supossed to help me get my password back ? Thx for the help ! :D

Get megaping out right now... Literally, just remove it. You could always appeal to a gm through those letter thingies. Try to say the equips that you had when you were on, some of your friends, guildmates, and things.

The numbers are randomized, not in the same spot as when you entered it from before. Not trying to make fun of you but this might help. Other then asking a gm to reset like the other guy said, what else can you do?

@above Well I put on a name and number of someone...so I guess even if it randomize I still put the same letters and numbers.. @LukSin4eva Why should i delete it ? im not hacking or something am i ? I dont even know how to use it x)

Well, I thought you might have just started punching in the same buttons as you did when you first put in your PIC. And Megaping =/= a PIC resetter, PIC finder, email password finder, or anything like that. I'm guessing he thinks its a keylogger or something like that, which I have to agree with.

I'm guessing MegaPing is some kind of info stealer i.e. keylogger, so get that out right now. Otherwise, just write down your exact PIC on paper and try to follow it best you can.

I did use the same capitals. I dont think MegaPing is a keylogger or info stealer cuz i when i downloaded it , it was for hotmail, It wasnt for a maplestory purpose. Plus on the forum when the guy posted the original download link (for megaping) alot of people said they found there password back in 2 secs..
