Does Dalair count the quests you did before you activated his quest?

Yes, when the medal came and I alrady had 620/800 quests done. So, yes you can make quest and activate the quest later.

no, i think every quest just counts as one , so if u do a repeatable quest u don't get another point.

no. it took forever for me... ur better off just using ur veteran medal all the medal gives is 2 stats to everything
