Quest Medalist?

So Im trying to do the quest medalist and it doesnt show how many quest I already did. It does show ?/800 or the %. It doesnt even show the monk! I went to my quest in progress and it didn't show anything besides the other quest (not the monk). This is on my lvl 30 cleric and idk. Does it show if you lvl more? Thank you all.

Press the 'medal' tab in your hotkey setup.

Does it count the quests you did before you activate Dalair's quest? Or do they have to be after you activate it?

I know I got mine at around level 90, which at the time made people's jaws drop. They had thought you had to be 110+. I know for a fact though, that it is impossible to get at level 30. There are simply not enough quests.
