How much is a 101 atk Dragon tail, no slots?

I dont think that they are that cheap. I got one for more than that, but it was a while ago. I sold a 90atk Kandine for more than 10m, so i definately think more than 7-9m for a 101atk DT. 101 atk is in the higher range that people can scroll a DT to. You will see 104atk but not too often and higher atk even less and for huge prices. BUT if you manage to be able to buy at 110atk DT like i saw once, you wont need to buy a varkit. I dont tend to see many good varkits for sale in scania at least. 104atk varkits sell for 15m, but a DT of 101 atk can go for about 25m.
