PIC Change Not Possible

I forgot the PIC I used for my account and now I can't even get on it. I've already tried numerous times to change it by going to the maplestory webpage through Nexon, but I come across a problem. After I login, the area where it should say rank, move, you're own IGN, and info is not displayed at all. That area is just completely blank. I wanted to know if anyone else is having this problem and what I should do about this. I've already tried using different accounts to login to the maplestory site and they are all fine. I also tried using a different computer to login, but I come across the same problem. I have already logged in tickets to Nexon, however knowing Nexon I can't say that I feel easy about them handling the situation...

LOL i actually hope there isn't a way to change the PIC because of the hackers...so i guess keep trying? don't forget you may have changed a letter by not clicking the right directional arrow, so keep that in mind.

there used to be two buttons where you could get to the same page. one was "my info" by your character picture on nexon.net, the other was like "my account" on the top bar by support, charge, etc

That's strange, I reset my PIC a few days ago just like a pin reset with no problems

[/quote] Actually, considering I got hacked before I could even set my PIC and the hacker was kind enough to set one for me, I'm glad there IS a way to change your PIC. OT: Can you give a screenshot of what this problem looks like EDIT: Oh, here's a suggestion... are you able to click on the area where the button to change your info WOULD be?

Oh yeah, I reset my P.I.C. as well, do what KsTHIS said, login to your account in the "http://maplestory.nexon.net/WZ.ASPX?PART=/Main" page, then click on the info button by your passport picture, and go to where it says "reset PIN or PIC", copy the link from your e-mail they sent you, and you're ready to go. =D

cant you just reset your pic? nexon.net ->login ->personal info area ->reset pic tried this?

You change your PIC the same way you would your PIN Go to Nexon site, request PIC change to email
