Help!; Starting a gunslinger.

Hello there people of BasilMarket. Today is 2/12/10 and I've been thinking about making a Gunslinger for a while now. So today I ask you, the people of BasilMarket for help. I've been quite unactive on MapleStory for sometime and I haven't been up to date with all the prices and what not. To begin, I will need help on suggested equips to scroll prices to places to train to skill build, and ability point build. Lets just say I know nothing about the gunslinger class. As for equips my funding it pretty high. In Scania I'd say, I have atleast 400m worth of equips and 5m cash. Sadly I'm not starting there. I plan to play Windia with my in real life friend. Yes I do plan to make this my main but that won't mean I won't play my other characters. My funding you ask? I'm a constant NX buyer, but I don't purchase mesos. Currently I'm grounded and I'm stuggling in school so I don't plan to play until the end of this term (of school). I just want to be ready to start up this character asap. As for what build I'm going for, a low STR build since I have over average fundings, and yes. I DO care about my damage and I try to make my character powerfull as I can but I still like to have fun. This is why I play MapleStory so I don't care if you think I'm a damage hoar. I'm making one of the weakest classes. So whatever. I want to play MapleStory again I just need a movitation to play. Me and my in real life friend said we'd both make Gunslingers so I accepted it but it's not planned out quite yet. Since Modern Warfare 2 came out. That's been the hype for my friends, and nothing else. Personally if it was me, I'd be playing right now too. Even though I'm not the best out of my friends but I'm decent at CoD. Back to MapleStory, so if you have the time and the heart to read all of this and you are of the Pirate-Gunslinger-Outlaw-Cosair class please share your knowledge, recomemended equips, skill builds, and training spots. First of all the gunslingers are easy to train. If you want a powerful outlaw you will need 1.5b cuz guns are overpriced. You will need 15+att scg. Low str needs 50 base str.

You really only need a few hundred k mesos to buy the starting gear + overall dex and gun for att scrolls. Just buy 100% and keep upgrading them using 100% until you are 40. After 40 though you might wanna start using 10-60% scrolls to upgrade since you won't be getting new equips every 5 lvls.

[/quote] Well how are they the easiest to train? They are one of the weakest starting classes, well atleast until the balance patch comes out and who knows when Nexon is going to release it? I'm planning to put atleast 2b into this character if I get hooked back onto MapleStory(: So low-str is 50base? Thanks!

Well the guns are overpriced in bera. They are easy to train. I was able to hit 1000 per hit at lvl 53.

Gunslingers = majorly cheap I started with 20m but i merchanted and profited off scroll hunting and events o-o less than 1b funding and my range is pretty much abovee most corsairs my lvl

From my training preference: 10-30 = Zomb mushroom dungeon 30-35ish = Mushroom kingdom quests 35-40 = Retz at ludi tower (best #$%^! exp) 40-45 = Retz and combination of iron mutae - mostly iron mutae 45-50 = Roids and iron mutae Between 40 and 50 you can cpq, but by late 4x you should be able to kb most, if not every monster in room 2. 50-60 mp3 and now I'm at LA killing WR's.
