World Transfer Problem

My bishop in bera has 25k nx, no guild, no family, 900k, and has never been banned before and is still on rankings. When I purchase the world transfer card it says I cannot transfer because my account has been blocked once. I AM 100% SURE my account has never been banned and I have never been hacked.

I submitted a ticket because I randomly got banned ._. on my Aran and they still havent answered it (Exactly 1 week ago lol)
